Like the ubiquitous and über glamorous Ralph Lauren ads, Harper's Bazaar China featured the work of Michelle du Xuan with her protrayal of high society in the December issue. Being the festive person that I am, I figured something fancy and glitzy was in order to celebrate the end of 2013 and mark the beginning of a new year. And how else would this have been possible without featuring the best of the best, namely haute couture.
Old world glamour and 60s flapper dresses all made an appearance with the help of Patrycja Matysiak on styling, Aya Fujita on makeup and Helene Bidard on hair.
In the eloquent words of Bryanboy,
"I'd like to wish you all a happy holiday season! May this season be filled with champagne, caviar, jewelry, Chanel, Balmain and Saint Laurent. But most importantly, I'd like to wish each and everyone of you good health, lots of sex, happiness, success, prosperity and last but not the least, GLAMOUR!"
