FASHION | Henry Holland "Mr Quiffy" x Liger

As a perpetuator of polka dots and all things bright and colourful, the master of prints Henry Holland made his presence at Liger to present his new capsule collection named "Mr Quiffy" a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't take much to wonder how he came up with such a name. One thing's for sure however, it's pretty hard to miss...
Styled with soft serve ice cream as his main motif, Holland is a genius for introducing a new "on-the-go" concept to high fashion marketing. With his ice cream truck (currently a replica of the real truck) making rounds across London and Manchester, it's a clever marketing gimmick that is bound to catch anyone's attention.
Holland's infamous slogan tees and other quirky merchandise featuring "Mr Quiffy" insignia are displayed on a fun and accessible "ice cream menu". In all honesty, it's definitely a lot less intimidating than entering a high end fashion store. With that said, I applaud local stylist and style mavens Hilary Tsui (above) and her partner in crime Dorothy Hui for recognising this British fashion talent at their chic fashion boutique Liger.
Crazy stripes and polka dots are synonymous to the Holland name which I admit is not to everyone's taste (ahem Emily Cheng - jokes). On the other hand, I absolutely adore the boldness and tongue-in-cheek humour so it's every bit my cup of tea!
Who wouldn't want their boobs to be fondled by some illustrated hands? I know I would...

Oh and for those of you who've always wondered how he keeps his hair that high, Henry swears by Bumble and Bumble's surf spray. Man, I've been meaning to ask him all these years!
